TLC is bringing back 'Four Weddings' with a twisted new premise

As if weddings weren't stressful enough already

Before binge-watching Netflix was a thing, TLC provided us with endless hours of reality show gems like Four Weddings, which sadly went off the air in 2014. Luckily TLC knows what its audience wants though, because they are bringing the show back for a seventh season this year—but with an interesting new twist. If you aren't familiar with the show's concept, four women who are getting married attend each other's weddings as guests, then rate the event on different categories like food, music, and decor, finally voting on who had the best wedding at the end of the show. The winning couple gets an all-expenses paid honeymoon. While the brides in the show's original iteration didn't know each other beforehand, the revamp will include brides who are already friends (or who might have been friends before a feud went down), which should obviously make for some very interesting competitive vibes between the brides. There's no set date for the show's return yet, according to Us Weekly, but the series is currently casting, if critiquing your best friend's wedding on national television is your thing!(h/t Jezebel)
