Water near downtown Tampa has been sucked into Hurricane Irma, fueling the storm surge as the storm approaches southern Florida.This isn't the first time this phenomenon has been seen in the storm. A few days ago, similar video emerged from the Bahamas. Tim Scheu shared the video above on Twitter.
