Anna Orso of Billy Penn ran a 10K in Philadelphia and stopped at every taco spot along the way. While she was not an official participant in the Philly 10K, she did follow the route for a five hour run that took her to 13 taco shows, where she ate 14 tacos and even had a margarita.
