It looks like Honey Boo Boo is going to have another niece or nephew! Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon, Mama June Shannon's second-youngest daughter, is pregnant with her first child. The 17-year-old, who is engaged to Joshua Efird, announced her pregnancy on Facebook, writing, "So happy to start this new adventure with him." Pumpkin is excited to be a new mom, but she knows there will be challenges along the way, starting with the delivery."I'm really nervous about having a baby because it does have to come out of my hoo-ha," she told WeTV. "I wish you could just be pregnant for 30 days and then give birth, you know what I'm saying?" she said. "But instead, it's f***ing nine long, horrific, hot f***ing days … months."Pumpkin and Joshua don't know their baby's gender yet, but Pumpkin thinks she's going to have a little girl. "Because of all the girls in our family, I'm probably having a girl," she said. "Can you imagine another little me running around?" Pumpkin is fairly confident that her mom, Mama June, can handle another grandchild. "She will be an all right grandma," she said. "I mean she can't really see, but she'll do good."Only time will tell if Pumpkin's new baby will be the next big pageant star!
