The actor revealed she has breast cancer this past September
In September, on Twitter that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She wrote, "1 in 8 women get breast cancer. Today, I'm the one."
Now, almost a month later, the actress to post that she had finished her second round of chemotherapy. In her caption she wrote, "We are NOT f***ing around here," before quoting Katy Perry's song "Roar" and thanking Perry for the inspiration.
She also thanked Timothy Simons and Tony Hale, who play Jonah Ryan and Gary Walsh, respectively, on Veep, for their "their hilarious and loving inspiration." And, because it is Louis-Dreyfus—who's taken home for best actress in a comedy—she did it all while wearing huge aviators and a draw-on mustache.
