So let me hit you with three big headlines today. It's going to make your life better. First up a major recall you need to know about involving smoke alarms. Kida is recalling its true sense combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. The reason safety experts say they may fail to alert you of the fire, which is a problem. The alarms were sold the department stores like wal mart and Home Depot and Menard's even online at amazon between May of 2019 and september of 2020. I know what you're thinking to yourself. I look at my alarm here. Where do I know where I bought it? How do I know if it's in the recall, you're going to know yours is in the recall. If it has, let's pop up these model numbers here. If it has these model numbers on the back, you're involved in the recall. If you have a DVR, this is a good place to hit, pause, go grab your thing, look at it, you know, pause it now on pause me. Okay, you see it here, if you have one of those recall products, you can contact the company Kida for a free replacement and remember we do need working smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms at home, whether you have them separate or combo like this. So check your device. Next up, if you're thinking about traveling this spring or summer, you need to hear this. The chiesa's federal mask mandate was set to expire this week. Did you know that? But now the agency is extending it. They're sticking with their mask rules through september 13th. That means you will still have to wear a mask on other modes of public transportation to like trains and buses. So you got trains, buses, you're gonna have to keep wearing them at airports and on airplanes through the spring, through the summer and into the beginning of fall. So if you don't brush your teeth every day, it's another way to hide your breath for a little longer from people looking for the bright side here. And finally, let's talk about saving money.
