A shocking video of a young Houston girl in a diaper wandering the flooded streets of a Pearland neighborhood with her sippy cup in hand has gone viral after a teenager came to her rescue and returned her to her parents.Renz Michael, a high school sophomore, captured the little girl on video and shared the footage to his Twitter account on Sunday evening."I found this little girl walking in the streets alone. I decided to get her back to her house. #HurricaneHarvey," Michael wrote in his tweet.The video shows Michael asking her numerous questions including "where are you going?" and "where are your parents?" With a hint of sass, the Pearland girl walked him back to her house to show Michael where she came from. When they got to the house, a man who appears to be her father walked from the home and took her back inside. Michael reported on his videos that she somehow snuck out of the house.Since Sunday, the post has been retweeted over 5,900 times and liked nearly 10,000 times. Along with the retweets, Michael got extensive praise for his actions in getting the child back to her house."We do need more in this world like this man," Grace Asher replied to his tweet. "They are so blessed it was him and not some perv that found that angel."Jen Vieria replied back saying: "I suspect she lied to you about her parents knowing. She has no idea how lucky she was to have you looking out."Others, like Elaine Torres, were concerned with the danger the girl was in saying, "Omg...what if that kid had drowned!!
