That year, at just 23, Megan underwent a heart transplant.She made a miraculous recovery and married Nathan, a guitarist in the Christian rock band Meaning Machine, the following year. They then moved to Nashville where she delivered her baby girl last Tuesday.The American Heart Association warns that any pregnancy where a woman has had a heart transplant is in risk of complications.
