We first saw a pretty large full moon, then as it continued to set, it went partially into the clouds, then it peaked back out of the clouds in time for the shadow of the earth to start covering the moon. But it disappeared behind the clouds again before it completely set over the horizon. It was gone before we could see it turn red."
