Also, the mission statement emphasizes that "by no means is this site meant to serve as a condemnation of an entire project. This database is not perfect, nor are the results meant to be taken as fact. Each link is sourced from an existing article and is not a reflection of our own opinions." With all of that being said, a lot of people have been wishing for a tool just like this, and it's likely to become increasingly essential as allegations continue to emerge. All Rotten Apples is doing is arming you with information so that you can make your own decisions about whose work you support. And given that we now know sexual misconduct in Hollywood is so rampant that you likely need a searchable database to keep track of it all, that's a good thing.
