"I love that our wedding is a religious mash-up," Chopra told the magazine. "We are taking beautiful traditions that we both grew up with and we are personalizing them in a way that makes sense for us. It's been incredible to find the commonalities between our beliefs and figuring out how to blend them in a respectful and meaningful way."
For her Christian wedding, Chopra wore a custom-made dress by Ralph Lauren, one that took 1,826 hours to complete. She wore a 75-foot veil with it. Jonas also wore a Ralph Lauren tuxedo and their bridesmaids and groomsmen were also dressed by the house.
For her Hindu wedding, Chopra wore a red lehenga by Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherji. "I always knew I wanted a red traditional silhouette for my wedding but Sabya brought in incredible French embroidery to the mix and with incredible jewelry and western inspired veil it was just such an amalgamation of who I am!" Chopra explained to the outlet.

On the day before her Hindu ceremony, Chopra confirmed her wedding was happening this weekend by sharing photos from her Mehendi ceremony, along with a glimpse at the stunning dress she wore for it.
