16-year-old graduating from University of Pittsburgh
While most 16-year-olds might be planning for a weekend at the movies or just hanging out with friends, Raja Krishnaswamy will be graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree.
"I am proud of myself," Krishnaswamy said. "I mean, it's not every 16-year-old that graduates with a bachelor's degree in computer science."

Parents Raja and Maria say their son's love of learning started at a very young age. He was reading at the age of 3 and doing algebra a couple of years after that.
"I went to public school kindergarten and they weren't challenging me, so my parents put me in Agora Cyber Charter School, which allowed me to do two grades in one year," Krishnaswamy said.
So at age 9, it was off to Community College of Allegheny County. He graduated from CCAC at 13, with associate's degrees in mathematics and software economics.
Krishnaswamy said learning is exciting.
"I'm going to get my master's next year. I'm in this BS/MS program. That's another reason I went to Pitt," he said.
"His Christmas list had 30 books on different mathematic topics," Raja's father said. "His list was this big, and most of them were books, so that's what he wants."
He hit the books hard at Pitt, but hasn't forgotten the people who helped him along the way and the lasting friendships he's made on campus.
"I'm thankful to my mom and dad. I'm thankful to all the professors who have taught me. I'm thankful to the wonderful people who I have met, friends I've made here at Pitt," Krishnaswamy said.
