Cinnamon-flavored Pepsi is coming to stores nationwide

Would you try a cinnamon-flavored Pepsi?

After crashing and burning with its Kendall Jenner ad, Pepsi seems to be attempting a red-hot comeback. The soda giant has just launched a new Slurpee flavor that's injected with fiery cinnamon flavor at 7-Eleven. While Pepsi Fire was initially only available as a limited-edition flavor at select locations of the convenience store according to The Street, it looks like the cinnamon-flavored soda will be released nationwide in both bottles and cans, PepsiCo has confirmed via press release. There are already plenty of crazy Pepsi flavors all over the world, but this cinnamon concoction is not something people are receiving too well. Reviews on social media are calling the Slurpee "gross" some have even given it "four thumbs down." However, if you're a fan of Fireball, then you'll likely want to throw this cinnamon-y stuff back all day every day. There have already been suggestions to mix the icy drink with the cinnamon-flavored whisky. "I'm not saying Fireball would go great with this... But I'm also not saying it wouldn't 😈," wrote the Instagrammer behind Powered by Ice Cream. You can find the new drink in 12-packs of 20-ounce bottles and 12-ounce cans and in single sets wherever Pepsi products are sold through the end of June. The company is trying to tout this as the "hottest drink of summer" but the jury is still out on that one.
