A Clermont County village devastated by a tornado last March is getting its post office back this week.The Moscow post office building was heavily damaged by the EF-3 tornado that damaged or destroyed much of the village on March 2, 2012.Since then, postal workers have operated out of a neighboring township's service building.The USPS said Tuesday that the Moscow post office will reopen at 8 a.m. Thursday in its new permanent location at 30 Wells St.
