Meryl Streep's new Madame Tussauds waxwork is not exactly flattering
Meryl Streep's newly remodeled waxwork sadly bears more of a resemblance to her terrifying character from Into the Woods than the legendary actress herself.
Hollywood's Madame Tussauds revealed the Oscar-winning star's updated figure last night, but we're not completely convinced that it managed to capture Streep's magnificence accurately.
The launch of the museum's brand-new (and supposedly improved) Streep was celebrated ahead of this weekend's Oscars. The actress has made history with her 20th Academy Award nomination for her role as the titular lead in Florence Foster Jenkins.
She has been nominated 16 times for Best Actress, and has been up for four Best Supporting accolades.
