Defense attorney: Wait for facts before judging Mason man accused of building explosive devices
A detention hearing for a Mason man accused of making explosive devices was continued until next week.
James Phillips, 20, is charged federally with possession of a destructive device.
He briefly appeared in federal court Friday afternoon. Family members and other supporters sat in the gallery.
The family has retained high-profile defense attorney Scott Croswell. Since he couldn't be at Friday's hearing, it was continued until Tuesday.

We understand the initial concern people have, but believe when all the facts come out, it will paint a completely different picture than what's being initially painted."
Also on Friday, FBI agents and members of Butler County's bomb squad were at the bomb range in Madison Township, where they disposed of homemade explosives recovered from the investigation.
On Thursday, investigators spent about 15 hours at Phillips' parents' home on Sentinel Oak Drive in Mason executing a search warrant.
The investigation began in September when a police officer found an IED in a parking lot at the Lebanon Soccer Complex.
According to court documents, "The IED had wires running from a pile of white powder to a control switch."
Investigators said they traced the device to Phillips and discovered a shed 바카라 게임 웹사이트 made of plywood 바카라 게임 웹사이트 in a patch of woods behind the Mason home.
Photos recovered from an iCloud account show the shed contained running electricity, racks for glass beakers, chemicals and powders.
Investigators believe Phillips was making explosive devices in that shed.
Phillips is currently being held in the Butler County jail.
