A man with a gun tattooed on his forehead was arrested for unlawful carrying of a firearm, among other charges, according to police in Greenville, South Carolina.Police said Michael Vines is accused of tossing a fully loaded Smith and Wesson .38-caliber revolver into the grass after a recent car wreck near the intersection of Green Avenue and Guess Street. City of Greenville firefighters witnessed this and reported it to officers, who recovered a gun from the scene. They said he was federally prohibited from possessing a firearm. Vines is charged with driving under a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions and unlawful carrying of a firearm.
