A New York man is suing Walt Disney World after his planned marriage proposal at Magic Kingdom was ruined and he was thrown in jail. According to the lawsuit filed in late September, Marc Rubin, 57, was at the park in July 2015 and planned to propose to his then-girlfriend after the nightly parade in front of the Cinderella castle.
