Easy access, fresh food, and extra friendly employees. Everyone said the same things when asked what they loved about Kitchen 1883 at the Anderson Towne Square.
The Kitchen 1883 restaurants opened up in Union, Kentucky, in 2017 and in Anderson Township a year later. People in Anderson said it's been a hit ever since.
"There are a lot of chicken places around here, but there are no quality places where you can go get a good meal for lunch or dinner," said customer Patty McDonald.
"I mean, the whole place is terrific. It will be a major loss to this area," customer Herb Lax said.
바카라게임 reached out to Kroger to see why they are closing these spots. They sent us the following statement:
"While we are incredibly sad to say goodbye to the Anderson and Union locations, we are happy to share that customers can still get their Kitchen 1883 favorites from our Over-the-Rhine location and through our catering service, which will continue to serve the Tri-State."
Customers are savoring their last meals at the locations that are closing, and holding on to hope that Kroger could change its decision.
As for the employees, some of them are transferring to other Kroger stores, while others are looking for new jobs in the restaurant industry.
