Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are currently expecting their fourth child "sometime soon" via a surrogate.The 38-year-old reality TV star was on Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live" when Cohen asked: "Are you working on another child?""We are, yes, yes," Kardashian West replied. "We do (know the due date), it's sometime soon."When asked whether she knew the sex, Kardashian West surprised older sister Kourtney Kardashian by sharing that she and Kanye West were having a boy.
