This is in addition to another state sponsored program that was started in May, which allowed bars to offer free alcoholic beverages to those who have received the vaccine as well. And now Washington joins dispensaries in the state of Arizona in offering cannabis products in exchange for vaccine compliance. Among other incentives in other states, including cash and lottery drawings, which will hopefully increase the number of people who get the shot as the new york times recently reported in Washington state, specifically, 42% of residents still haven't had a single dose of the vaccine.
