The Clown Motel, which sits next to a cemetery and has been named the scariest motel in the U.S., is up for sale.
The owner of the clown-themed motel is seeking to sell the establishment for about $900,000, .
"Oh, I'm going to miss the clowns," owner Bob Perchetti told the news station. "I'm going to come back. I'm going to come back and visit my clowns."
Clown figurines inundate a lobby, and rooms also feature clown decorations. Players of visiting high school sports teams have been known to use towels to cover clowns in rooms, the news station said.
Tonopah, Nevada, is about halfway between Las Vegas and Reno.
