Editor's note: This report contains graphic details. Discretion is advised. A new lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein's estate and co-executors by a Duval County woman alleges Epstein and his companion Ghislaine Maxwell raped her repeatedly in front of her small son, sexually trafficked her to various men and threatened to feed her to alligators if she ever breathed a word. The lawsuit filed last week in federal court said in 2008 the then 26-year-old married mother was a realtor and met Epstein through her boss. She said Ghislaine Maxwell, introduced to her as "GMax" tried to persuade her to work for Epstein and at some point, since she was an accomplished hairdresser, agreed to go to Epstein's Palm Beach mansion to cut his hair. When she arrived, the lawsuit said she found a naked Epstein who "proceeded with Maxwell's assistance to brutally rape plaintiff."The woman said she was going to call police but two men showed up claiming they were police and threatened to arrest and deport her and take away her 8-year-old son.The lawsuit said Epstein and Maxwell forced the woman to drive them to Naples, along the way picking up her son. When she kept crying, she said they stopped at a large body of water infested with alligators and threatened to throw her in to be devoured as they said other women had been in the past. The woman claims once at a Naples hotel, the pair raped her repeatedly over several days in front of her son. According to the lawsuit, the woman said for the next five months she was also trafficked to other men, including a local judge, made to pose naked for pictures and video and forced into having surgery on her genitals. The lawsuit said the unwanted surgery was performed by a Russian man and was designed to make her vagina tighter so a client of Epstein's would think she was a virgin. She said Ghislaine Maxwell, introduced to her as "GMax" tried to persuade her to work for Epstein and at some point, since she was an accomplished hairdresser, agreed to go to Epstein's Palm Beach mansion to cut his hair.

When she arrived, the lawsuit said she found a naked Epstein who "proceeded with Maxwell's assistance to brutally rape plaintiff."

The woman said she was going to call police but two men showed up claiming they were police and threatened to arrest and deport her and take away her 8-year-old son.

The lawsuit said Epstein and Maxwell forced the woman to drive them to Naples, along the way picking up her son.

It claims the surgery was botched and she ended up mutilated.

According to the suit, the woman was told to tell men she was 17.

She said she never reported the abuse and trafficking because she was so terrified of Epstein's power and the threats he made.

There will be a hearing on the lawsuit Thursday in federal court in Broward County.

Lawyers for the alleged victim said they cannot comment before the hearing.

Emails to the lawyers for the Epstein estate and co-executors Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn were not returned.
