Pets truly do become part of the family, but does this mean they should be named like the humans in said family? Recently on Twitter, user Amber Zoe was tickled when she found out her neighbor's dog had a "human" name, Brian, as opposed to a typical pet name, like Fido or Snowball. This prompted her to ask the Twitterverse to share photos of other animals with human names.She received responses from pets around the world, named Ralph, Frank, Charles and Bruno Mars, to name a few. Others, however, felt that animals deserve better than boring old human names.But it seems that human names for pets are much more common than one might think. According to a 2017 survey by the pet care website Rover, the top male and female dog names included some silly names, but were mostly made up of names you could also find on their owner's driver's license.
