Honoring Deputy Larry Henderson: Visitation, funeral services, procession
The family of Deputy Larry Henderson is preparing to lay him to rest after his dedicated service to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office for 33 years, continuing in some capacity even after retirement.

Here's what we know about his public visitation and funeral services:
A public visitation will be held for Henderson on Thursday, May 8, from 4-8 p.m. at Spring Grove Cemetery.
Another public visitation will be held on Friday, May 9, at the Cintas Center from 9-11 a.m. A public service from 11-12:30 will be held Friday at the Cintas Center after the visitation.
A processional route for the funeral services will begin at 7 a.m. on Friday.
Spring Grove Cemetery is also where the first procession will begin ahead of his funeral.
It will pass through Anderson Township and past where Henderson used to work.
It will exit I-275 at Beechmont Avenue, then take Wolfangel Road, up to State Road and over to Five Mile Road, then back to I-275, eventually ending at Cintas Center on Xavier's campus.
After the funeral, a larger procession will carry deputy Henderson back to Spring Grove Cemetery.
After leaving Cintas Center, it passes through Walnut Hills, then Clifton, passing along Martin Luther King Drive, where Henderson was hit and killed.
