Dad behind hilarious 'paternity' explains how it came to be

Fast food played a pretty big role

Nick Roberts and his girlfriend Brianna Magee of Rockport, MA recently welcomed their son, Logan, into their family. But before that, dad had a little fun. Nick was approached by his photographer friend Stephen Cwoik about doing a "paternity" shoot. "He came to me with the idea as a joke, but after we thought about it we decided to go along with it," Nick told us. The results are, understandably, hilarious: The photos were actually a gift for Briana at their gender reveal party. "She thinks the photographs are hilarious and a little ridiculous, and laughs whenever she's sees the post being shared," Nick said, "My family couldn't believe we actually took the photos and displayed them to our friends and family at our gender reveal party. But they also thought they were hysterical!"Realizing how funny their photos were, they shared them on Facebook and the post is now going viral: Nick, who frequents the gym, says his fast food order to create the "belly" was "quite extensive" and wrote in his Facebook post, "If I'm being completely honest, the setting, the occasion, the awful cramps from the double cheeseburgers, it all brought me so much closer to the pregnancy. Now, I'll never know what being in labor feels like, but i feel in my heart it can't be too far away from eating A LOT of fast food."Nick reports the family is doing well, and little Logan was born on Halloween. He and Stephen have even created a "Thank You" video for everyone who have made their photos viral.
