Chip and Joanna Gaines' Magnolia Market at the Silos is currently lots of Joanna, and very little Chip. But the Waco market is about to change, big time, with the addition of a whole new store dedicated to the Fixer Upper patriarch and his line of work. His team will be remodeling the 3,800-square-foot silo, which is tall enough for multiple stories, but they're not quite sure when it will be completed yet. Previously, all Chip had was a little corner inside Magnolia Market, which sold work shirts, hats and tools. It's clear that his new shop will feature way more than that. And the entire market is focused on tourists who want to send items home or locals who want to send gifts to friends; they have opened up a FedEx Office kiosk so people can ship their purchases wherever they want.
