And now that it's the 20th anniversary summer of the very first book and Harry Potter's 37th birthday, Delish did it again and adapted a new version of Butterbeer that's the perfect thing to quench your thirst in the midsummer heat. With cream soda and butterscotch syrup, the Butterbeer base gets topped with a buttery whipped cream.
Now you can simply drink it as is, or make it a float by coating the glass in more butterscotch syrup and filling a glass (preferably one adorned with the Hogwarts crest or the insignia of your favorite Hogwarts House) with vanilla .
